Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Pure Valley Creamery fresh milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with whipped cream or fresh fruit.
