Cranberry Homecheese

Ingredients
- 2 liters Pure Valley Creamery fresh milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cheesecloth
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a large pot until just before boiling.
- Stir in lemon juice and let the milk curdle. Remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth to separate curds from whey.
- Mix in salt and dried cranberries with the curds.
- Wrap the curds in cheesecloth, press gently, and let cool for 30 minutes.
- Unwrap and enjoy your homemade cranberry cheese!
