Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Pure Valley Creamery milk
- 1/2 cup Pure Valley Creamery cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Pure Valley Creamery butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour in egg mixture and cook until almost set.
- Sprinkle cheese over one half, fold omelette, and cook 1-2 minutes more.
- Slide onto a plate and serve hot.
