Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Pure Valley Creamery milk
  • 1/2 cup Pure Valley Creamery cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Pure Valley Creamery butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour in egg mixture and cook until almost set.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over one half, fold omelette, and cook 1-2 minutes more.
  5. Slide onto a plate and serve hot.
