Blueberry Cream Ice

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Pure Valley Creamery fresh cream
- 1 cup Pure Valley Creamery fresh milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend blueberries with sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix cream and milk, then fold in blueberry puree.
- Pour mixture into a shallow dish and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes until set.
- Alternatively, churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
Serving Suggestion
Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with extra blueberries or mint leaves.
