Blueberry Cream Ice

Ingredients

• 2 cups fresh blueberries
• 1 cup Pure Valley Creamery fresh cream
• 1 cup Pure Valley Creamery fresh milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Blend blueberries with sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
2. In a bowl, mix cream and milk, then fold in blueberry puree.
3. Pour mixture into a shallow dish and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes until set.
4. Alternatively, churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.

Serving Suggestion

Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with extra blueberries or mint leaves.
